I dunno what to do tbhhhh please answer :(?

im 15, my boyfriend is 17. We've been together months. We're in love. He is addicted to drugs and **** and a heavy drinker, I am a heavy drinker also. I do drugs sometimes too. He is currently in a metal institue but is moving out into a hostel prehaps tomorrow. If he doesn get a hostel he may have to move to london. ( we both live in ireland) After recieving this news i have become unreasonably depressed and have drank alot and have cut my wrists. I dunno what to do but i do need advice. :(
