My boyfriend has sent me shoes that are awful,?

They are pleaser shoes intended for the bedroom but they are so so high and would feel like a complete slut/idiot in them!.....also should i be concerned, i have been seing him for about 4 months and he has already bought me 8 pair of shoes?
