What do English people think of Stephen Fowler?

I was born in Wales (which is next to England), and I could not believe him. I have moved many times and just moved to the Midwest. While I honestly have to say, I hate it, the people are so nice. Even though many of them have conflicting views to mine, we are still friends. We learn to tolerate each other. The way they speak is funny to me, but I would never call them stupid rednecks and be so rude. I think he was way out of line and needs a kick up the behind.
