Extremely uncomfortable!!! please help!?

Hi, i have asthma and recently it has gotten hard to control. im on allegra for the allergies that are causing me to have troubles. i am also on flovent and albuteral. these medications did not stop the problem so my doctor put me on prednisone. we tried to just give me a few doses and then stop it but that did not seem to work. now i am on 60 mg of prednisone and my asthma seems to be much better controlled but the prednisone is causing major bloating. my face is a lot rounder and very large and my whole body is bloated to the point that my pants hurt to on. my ankles are also swollen. i am normally a small 125 lb person but since i started the prednisone 2 weeks ago i have gained 13 lbs of water weight. does anyone have any sugestions? i am exteremly uncomfortable and dont know what to do.
