Has anyone else have this problem with their Honda?

Not all the time, but sometimes after I start my Honda and press the gas my RPM's drop and the car goes nowhere for about 2-4 seconds even if i floor the pedal. Once the RPM's do come back I normally don't have a problem the rest of the drive. That is until I start me car again. Lately it has been a 50-75% chance of doing this after I start it. I checked the car with a OBD II and it ped with no problems. What is wrong with my car?
