I need a company that hires X military truck drivers and gives refresher I have cdl were?

I have a CDL in the state of Fl I have about 4 going on 5 years of truck experience I have drove with trailers and 5 tons in the Army i got out of the active Army about a year ago and know I am in the army reserve were i serve 1 weekend a month. My main question I would like answered are that i would like to find a trucking company with a few specifics wither our not there are possible I leave up to you the professional. I would Like a company that give a refresher to people like my self although i have not in the civilian world I have in the army and for 2 years in Iraq. Also the pay I make now is between 550-600 a week and this is the amount that covers my family basic bills and needs so anything less than that can not be a option i saw a company and there student program was like 325 a week so I am not sure that there is a company out here that pays what I need. Also since I know there is more money in the logistics field I would expect for my pay to increase. with more work and experience. This is My over all needs I hope I didn't come of as pushy but I am just being honest I wouldn't want to waste your time at all. So if you can help me I would really appreciate it but if what I am expecting just isn't possible I quess I will look in another field. There is just one more thing about the job I would need i would want to be maybe regional were I would do a trip back and forth in my state with possible being home at least a couple days a nite and max to be away from home would be 2 1/2 weeks. Again I hope I am not seeming unrealistic but that is what i need thank you very much for your help and I hope that you have people in your company that understand how it is for a soldier to go from Military to Civilian life
