McDonald's Incident, who should I get in touch with?

I was at McDonalds yesterday and right as I got my food I had noticed one of the workers accidentally knocked their dirty hand rag into the grease where they made the fries 0-o. I watched until she noticed it was in there. Took her 5 mins. then she scooped it out with a spatula. Because of this should I get in touch with the health department in my county? or just let it ride and forget it happened? What should i do? Thanks for your answers!!! :)
