What is an outfit i can wear with leggings to this dance?

I am going to a dance called NAUGHT OR NICE .. and i want too wear leggings, because everyone wears shorts but i just think thats stupid in december.. but i have noo idea what to wear as a shirt! im probably wearing a red bow in my hair
