Why am I getting erflies all the time?

Ok, so I have been writing a romance office story thing and it's during the week of exams as well. Every time I turn on my computer I get erflies and when I leave to go home after we finished the exam I get erflies again. Like so bad I feel like crap. I also just figured out my favorite actress is lez so when I think about my story I start thinking about my uality. Which is funny cause I am at a thing of self identification but I'm not lez... I can't think of girls like that. Anyway, sides from that I have been taking tums to calm myself and to feel normal and unstressed. Is that normal to take tums for any other reason other than neutralizing your stomach acid? And what's up with the erflies?
